- We provide a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all products sold by us.
Return for refund or replacement within 7 days of Receipt.
All products purchased from Simmerch.com are covered by this "Return Policy". The item(s) to be returned for refund must be returned to Simmerch.com within 14 days from the original invoice date. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We're glad to authorize a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" for a refund. All return for refunds will require a 20% restocking fee. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All refund items must return in it's entirety, and in it's original packing and in new unused condition or you will be deducted for any damage, missing parts and accessories.
If your product(s) arrive and has a manufacturer defect, you will receive a full refund or replacement.
If your product(s) arrives damaged from physical abuse, the item(s) will be returned to you as received.
